provide AI-generated responses
operate and improve the App
maintain accounts
analyze performance

4. Third-Party Processors

We share data with:

OpenAI — AI processing (voice + text)
Supabase — authentication & storage
RevenueCat / Apple — subscription management
Stripe — payments (web only)
Replit — hosting infrastructure
PostHog — product analytics (anonymized usage events such as app opens, screen views, and feature interactions)
Sentry — error monitoring and crash reporting (technical diagnostics, user identifiers for issue attribution)
Meta (Facebook) — advertising attribution and conversion tracking (subscription events sent via RevenueCat’s server-to-server integration; no IDFA shared unless ATT consent is granted)

These providers may process data in the United States.

5. AI Data Processing

You acknowledge:

Your inputs are processed by third-party AI systems
Data may be transmitted externally to generate responses

We retain data only as long as necessary to:

comply with legal obligations

7. User Rights

You may request:

access to your data
deletion of your data

You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly in the app at any time: open the app, tap your profile icon, tap Edit Profile, and tap Delete Account in the Danger Zone section at the bottom. You may also email requests to benron@atomicthriving.com.

8. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The App is not intended for users under 18.

10. International Transfers

Data may be processed outside your jurisdiction.

We may update this policy at any time.
