Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll keep access until then.
Refunds are handled directly by Apple, not by us. To request a refund:
If Apple denies your refund and you believe there was a billing error, email us and we'll do our best to help advocate on your behalf.
You can delete your account and all associated personal data (chat history, profile, and usage records) in one of two ways:
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended):
Your account and data are typically deleted right away. In the rare case any cleanup is incomplete, the app will tell you and you can email us so we can finish it manually.
Option 2 — Email request:
⚠ Important — Apple subscriptions are separate: Deleting your account here does NOT cancel any active Apple subscription. Apple bills you directly through your Apple ID, not through us, and we have no ability to cancel Apple subscriptions on your behalf. If you don't cancel through Apple before deleting your account, you will continue to be charged until you cancel through Apple. See the section above on canceling subscriptions for the exact steps.
Account deletion itself is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you've reinstalled the app or are using a new device:
Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that made the original purchase. If you still have trouble, email us with your account email and approximate purchase date.
Atomic Coaching AI offers two subscription tiers:

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. See our full Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Conversations with the AI are processed to deliver the coaching experience and may be stored to improve service quality, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Yes — new users get a free trial period to experience the coaching styles before subscribing. After the free trial, a subscription is required for continued unlimited access.
If you're not receiving the sign-in email, check your spam/junk folder. If that doesn't help, email us with the address you're trying to use and we'll investigate.
